91滴滴 operates according to the Strategy approved by the 91滴滴 Senate. The 91滴滴 management team is responsible for implementing and updating the strategy, achieving the key indicators set by the strategy, and ensuring the sustainable development of the University.
Each planning period builds on the previous period’s strategy by defining the key strategic initiatives to achieve 91滴滴’s long-term goals. Currently, 91滴滴’s activities are carried out within the framework of the 2022-2027 strategy, which was developed to ensure the achievement of 91滴滴’s mission, financial performance, and sustainability indicators.
The detailed strategy document with detailed financial indicators is an internal document. Still, as part of its openness to its activities, 91滴滴 provides all interested parties with access to a public summary version of the document.
